Its fruit has found extensive use in traditional herbalism as a natural stimulant. Guarana is an excellent source of caffeine. Due to its characteristic sour taste, it goes well with a variety of additives. It can be found in popular fusions with yerba mate, making the infusion refreshing and providing a solid dose of energy!
